Who is responsible for what?
Bigler Productions is fully responsible for creating all DVD invitations or save the date DVDs.  Each customer is responsible for their paper invitations or save the date cards.  Invitations in Motion has provided a list of select vendors (under Paper Options) that have agreed to provide invitations and save the date cards that can accommodate a DVD insert.

Invitations in Motion is owned and operated by Bigler Productions.  Bigler Productions is a small video production company based out of Portland OR.  Since its inception in 2006, Bigler Productions has prided itself on being at the forefront of the wedding videography industry and Invitations in Motion is yet another example of that.  For further information visit www.biglerproductions.com today.

How long does it take?
Depending on the time of year, orders on hand, and our schedule orders can take as little as three weeks or as many as six. It all depends on your order, and when we can meet for your film session. If we need to expedite your order by a specific date we are more then happy to accommodate as best we can. (additional fees may apply for rushed orders.)

When Should I mail out my invitations?
There is no set in stone rule, but we recommend a year to nine months in advance for save the date cards and three months for the invitations. Knowing this, its a good idea to plan to meet with us one to two months before you want them mailed out, just to make sure we have plenty of time to process your order.

When is payment due?
Payment is due in full after the initial consultation and before the filming takes place. If you have any questions on this or other payment policies please call.
